Campden Hill Square, London (Due for Completion 2015)
This project includes for the full refurbishment of a six bedroom town house in the Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. As part of the works a new basement area is to be created to house a large family area, utility area, shower room & WC and plant space. Services
provided by ourselves included designs for a gas fired heating system serving radiators, heat recovery comfort cooling, mechanical ventilation, boosted domestic water services, water softening plant, public health design (Approximate project value £1.25m).
Wycombe High School – Music Block Heating Replacement
(Due for Completion 2015)
We have been employed by Wycombe High School to complete a design for the full replacement of the existing heating system within the Music Block. Originally the Music Block was served from the central boiler house however it is now a requirement that the block is to have a stand-alone heating system to cater for outside bookings. Careful co-ordination is to be carried out with school as well as third party designers so that the incoming gas supply is sized correctly to serve both the Music Block and Gymnasium. The works are to be completed within the upcoming summer holiday period therefore careful planning and co-ordination is paramount. (Approximate project value £50k)
Newtown School (Due for Completion 2015)
The project involves both new build and internal alterations to existing areas of this primary school in Buckinghamshire to provided increased and improved teaching accommodation, resource areas, WC provision, stores etc. The M&E services include the alterations and extending of existing heating, domestic water services, drainage, lighting, power, fire alarm and data services etc.

Amersham School (Due for Completion 2015)
New build teaching block to provide additional accommodation to this secondary school in Buckinghamshire. M&E services include underfloor heating fed from an air source heat pump, domestic water services, public health drainage, lighting, power, data, class change, fire alarm etc. (Approximate project value £750k).

Waynflete House, Oxfordshire (Due for Completion 2015)
This project includes for the construction of a new build five bedroom detached house located within a rear garden of an existing property. Careful co-ordination of incoming services had to be designed to ensure the existing house is not affected. Services provided
by ourselves included designs for a gas fired heating system serving underfloor heating and radiators, mechanical ventilation, boosted domestic water services, water softening plant, public health design,lighting, power, audio visual, data/IT, intruder alarm etc. (Approximate project value £750k).
Aylesbury High School – Fire Alarm Replacement
(Due for Completion 2015)
We have been employed by Aylesbury High School to complete a design for the full replacement of the existing fire alarm system covering the entire site. Careful co-ordination has had to be carried out with the school as well as third parties who occupy other parts of the school site to ensure a complete and fit for purpose installation is commissioned and handed over. The works have been carefully phased so that the installation is completed during school holiday periods only. The project is due to be completed and handed over at the end of the February half term holiday 2015. As part of our duties we are to monitor progress on site, chair progress meetings, issue site meeting minutes, carry out valuations and issue associated engineer’s instructions. This project to construct six new town houses within the centre of Marlow is due for completion summer 2014. We have been appointed as Employers Agents to review the contractors M&E designs, complete onsite inspections of the installations and issuing subsequent M&E reports. (Approximate project value £1.1m).

Aylesbury High School – New Block Boiler House

We have been employed by Aylesbury High School to complete a full design associated with the boiler room refurbishment serving the New Block. New high efficiency condensing boilers totalling 500kW will replace existing boiler plant that is 30 years old saving the school ongoing energy and maintenance costs whilst helping to reduce CO2emissions. The works are to be completed within the upcoming summer holiday period therefore careful planning and co-ordination is paramount.
